Why yes it is sir. Also, tf2 is free to play, though you may want to buy some things like me to have access to some hats and cool items like the quick fix medigun in my case.

Oh Ok I might get team fortress 2 but It all depends on how safe the download is.

Very safe. Tf2 is an official game made by valve, and I don't think a major gaming company would let one of it's biggest games become unsafe for users.
